A great combination of style and practicality. The Shire Barn Shed features a classic Dutch barn style roof, rather than a standard apex. The Dutch barn style roof allows for greater headroom within the shed, with no compromise in structural strength. The roof and floor are constructed from a quality tongue and groove cladding. This garden building also features a modular design used by many of the Shire branded buildings. Modular buildings allow you to select where a window panel is placed when you install the building. The wall panels are constructed of tongue and groove cladding and supplied in modular sections. The main advantage of a modular design is that each individual panel will be small enough (in one or both dimensions) to be carried by typically one person, and will fit through a standard pedestrian door. As a consequence, the individual boards may not line up perfectly with those on adjacent panels, due to the variances in the natural timber cladding. Two storm-resistant opening windows of a joinery quality are included, each being of an extra-wide (2-pane) format. The double door has a padbolt, ready to accept a customer-supplied padlock. Full installation instructions will be included with the building, along with roofing felt and any fixtures and fittings required.
